Contributing to the interest and validity of the results were how the majority of survey respondents were revealed to be key decision makers regarding their broadband.

DrayTek go on to analyse highlighted uses such as the importance of backup, in which DrayTek discovered an astonishing 44% of respondents did not have a backup or failover system in place.
